Captivated by the charm of a century-old fixer-upper, Anthony chronicled its transformation and his venture into upstate living on Instagram.
This Old Hudson emerged from these shared glimpses — an homage to historic homes, interior design, and the irresistible allure of the Hudson Valley — attracting the interest of an enthusiastic, widespread online community.

As his own renovations concluded, Anthony began infusing his signature style into vacation rentals, seamlessly evolving This Old Hudson from a social media diary into a distinguished real estate venture.
